Who we are

Zeyra Marketing is a lead-generation agency based in Aotearoa New Zealand. We handle personal information in line with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020. Questions about this policy can be sent to blairsanders@zeyramarketing.com.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry through this site, we collect what you type in: your name, your trade or industry, the area you operate in, the kind of work you're after, how busy you currently are, when you'd like to start, and your phone number and/or email address.

Like most websites, we may also collect technical information automatically — things like your device type, browser, pages visited and how you interact with the site — through cookies and the analytics tools described below.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and talk to you about working together.
• To provide and improve our services if you become a client.
• To understand how the website is used, so we can make it better.
• To measure the performance of our own advertising.

We do not sell your personal information, and we don't add you to a mailing list just because you enquired.

The tools we use

Your enquiry and our operations run on a small set of trusted services, which may process your information on our behalf:

• Website hosting — serves this site and receives standard server logs.
• Zapier — routes your enquiry from the website to our systems.
• Airtable — stores enquiry and client records.
• ClickSend — sends SMS messages (for example, confirming we've received your enquiry).
• Analytics and advertising tools — such as Microsoft Clarity and the Meta Pixel, which use cookies or similar technology to understand site usage and ad performance.

Some of these providers store information outside New Zealand. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is protected by safeguards comparable to those in the Privacy Act 2020.

Cookies

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time. The site will still work — some analytics simply won't be recorded.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information only as long as it's needed for the purposes above, or as required by law, and then delete it.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No online system is perfectly secure, but we keep access limited to the people and systems that genuinely need it.

Your rights

Under the Privacy Act 2020, you have the right to ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and to ask us to correct it. Email blairsanders@zeyramarketing.com and we'll sort it promptly.

If you're not happy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
